The CPAP Box currently offers products from ResMed, Philips Respironics, Fisher and Paykel, 3B Medical, and AG Industries.
What manufacturers do we offer for Machines?
The CPAP Box currently offers the ResMed AirSense 10 and Respironics Dreamstation
Are the CPAP/BiPAP machines new or refurbished?
Our ResMed AirSense 10 and Respironics Dreamstation are refurbished and properly sanitized. Your machine will come with a new water chamber, standard tubing and 2 filters.
Do I need a prescription?
If you are renting a machine through us we will need a valid copy of your CPAP prescription with the machine settings listed and a physician signature.

What is included in the Supply subscription?
Your first order of supplies includes: Mask frame, cushion(s), filters, tubing, and headgear.
What is included in the Machine subscription?
Your first order includes: Machine, new water chamber, 6 ft standard tubing, and 2 filters. (tubing & filters are only replaceable with a Supply subscription)
When can I reorder supplies?
After your first Supply Subscription order you are eligible for supplies based on this schedule:

Cushions - 30 days after initial purchase or last refill. Quantity varies by type

Filters - 30 days after initial purchase or last refill.

Tubing - 90 days after initial purchase or last refill.

Headgear - 180 days after initial purchase or last refill.
Can I use insurance to pay for my subscription(s)?
The CPAP Box does not accept insurance. Your credit card gets charged a monthly fee for your subscription. You can cancel at any time with no hidden fees.
Is the Machine rent to own?
Unfortunately it does not. Your CPAP rental is just a rental. You can rent it for as long as you’d like and you can also turn it in whenever you’d like. One benefit of this is if it breaks during your rental, we will replace it.
Will my supplies fit the rental machine you are sending me?
The mask and tubing we provide fit both ResMed AirSense 10 and Respironics Dreamstation. However, the filters are different from ResMed to Respironics.
Do you offer compliance monitoring?
Yes, we can offer compliance monitoring after 30 days of usage with your machine. We can download this report and send to you via email.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Ground shipping that takes around 3-5 business days. If you would like your order expedited you will need to call: 844-633-7322 or send us an email at: [email protected] and we can charge this separately to your account.
