We guarantee all of our machines. If you have any issues at all you can email us at support@thecpapbox.com, or call or text us at 888-302-6037 ... we will send you a new machine as soon as we receive tracking from your troubled machine AND we will credit a free week of rental to your account for your troubles. You can also exchange your machine at any time for any reason.

If you are renting a machine through us we will need a valid copy of your CPAP prescription with the machine settings listed and a physician signature.

Your first order of supplies includes: Mask frame, cushion(s), filters, tubing, and headgear.

Your first order includes: Machine, water chamber, 6 ft standard tubing, and 2 machine filters. (tubing & filters are only replaceable with a Supply subscription)

After your first Supply Subscription order you are eligible for supplies based on this schedule:

  • Cushions - 30 days after initial purchase or last refill. Quantity varies by type

  • Filters - 30 days after initial purchase or last refill.

  • Tubing - 90 days after initial purchase or last refill.

  • Headgear - 180 days after initial purchase or last refill.

  • Mask Frame - 360 days after initial purchase or last refill.

The CPAP Box does not accept insurance. Your credit card gets charged a monthly fee for your subscription. You may use your HSA or FSA health savings account for this. You can cancel at any time upon returning your machine.

No, but we can refer you to another company once you are approved through your insurance.

The mask and tubing we provide will fit both ResMed and Respironics machines.  However, the filters are different from ResMed to Respironics.

Yes, please contact our Support team and we can confirm if your machine supports monitoring.

After we receive your subscription, with Standard shipping your machine will usually arrive within 3-5 business days. You can choose Expedited shipping if you need your machine sooner.
